Canada is an investment company dedicated to supporting new and established fashion and sports apparel brands wishing to enter & grow in the international market. The principals of SC International Enterprises Inc. have over 30 years of experience in setting up offices, managing textile & garment factories with several thousand employees in Hong Kong, China, Philippines & Mexico and supplying to major designers & retailers all over the world.

The mandate of SC International Enterprises Inc. is to provide entrepreneurs with start-up capital, administrative and logistic support & to finance the sourcing of the best quality products wordwide through these joint venture partnerships.

COMPANY POLICY

DISCRIMINATION
It is the Company’s policy to treat its employees and workers fairly in all respects, and to select employees and workers on the basis of qualification for the work to be performed, without discrimination as to race, color, religion, nationality, sex, age or handicap.

CHILD LABOR, PRISON OR FORCED LABOR
The Company will not use child labor, “child” being defined as school-aged children and will not utilize prison or forced labor in any stage of the manufacture of its product.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The Company will provide employees and workers with a clean, healthy and safe environment, with ample opportunity for professional, economic and personal growth.

WAGES, BENEFITS, WORK HOURS
The Company will compensate its employees and workers fairly by providing at least minimum wages and benefits in compliance with applicable wage and hour lows and regulations of each respective country. All employees and workers will not be allowed to work more than 48 hours per week and 12 overtime hours per week with overtime pay premium.

A FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
The Company respects the legal rights of its employees and workers to freely and without harassment participate in worker organizations of their choice.

ETHICAL STANDARDS
The Company will undertake affirmative measures to monitor all its factories to comply with the above standards and will welcome on-site inspections and visits by all clients.

CHARITY CONTRIBUTION
The Company will donate part of the profit to UNICEF-United Nations International Children Emergency Fund for the benefit of underprivileged children in the Third World.
